MSBTE Summer 2026 Photocopy & Re-Evaluation Guide

Therefore, if you are completely confident in what you wrote during the exams, MSBTE has just released the official circular for the Photocopy and Re-Evaluation (Re-Assessment) process.

First of all, there is a major update you need to understand regarding this semester’s checking process. Since all answer sheets were checked using the Digital Evaluation method, the basic “Verification” (गुणपडताळणी) process has been completely disabled. This is because the computer automatically calculates the total marks accurately. Ultimately, this means you can only apply directly for a Photocopy and subsequently for Re-Evaluation.

Once you receive your photocopy on July 2nd, you should analyze it thoroughly, ideally with your subject teacher. Subsequently, if you find that answers were marked incorrectly, you can then apply for final Re-Evaluation.

4. How to Apply (Step-by-Step Guide)

Applying is a very straightforward process. However, you must be extremely careful while filling out the details.

Step 1: Login to Portal
First, visit the official MSBTE portal. Navigate to the Examination Tab, select Digital Evaluation, and click on Student Login. You will need your Enrollment Number and Summer 2026 Seat Number.

Step 2: Enter Details & OTP
Next, enter your active mobile number and email ID. This is crucial because your OTP and final PDF photocopy will be delivered specifically to this email address.

Step 3: Select Subjects & Pay
Basically, you can select a maximum of 2 subjects for the photocopy. Once you submit the request, a Fee Receipt will be generated. Take a printout of this receipt, visit your college institute, and pay the required fees to securely confirm your application.
