Thank you for choosing Campusify. We are committed to providing high-quality educational resources to help you excel in your studies. Please carefully read our Refund Policy regarding the purchase of our "VVIMP" Question Sets.

Important: The VVIMP Question Set is a digital product (PDF format) that grants immediate access upon purchase.

1. General No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of VVIMP Question Sets are considered final. Once the digital PDF has been purchased and access has been granted, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We cannot issue refunds if you decide you no longer need the material after purchasing.
  • Unsatisfactory Results: While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee specific academic results, and dissatisfaction with the content style is not grounds for a refund.
  • Wrong Subject Purchase: It is the user's responsibility to verify the subject, semester, and branch before completing the transaction. We do not provide refunds for purchasing the incorrect subject.

2. Exceptions: Duplicate Purchases

We understand that technical glitches or honest mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchase the exact same VVIMP set twice (e.g., paying for "Applied Mathematics" twice), we offer the following resolutions:

Option A: Subject Swap

You may choose to receive a VVIMP Question Set for a different subject of equal value in place of the duplicate purchase.

Option B: Full Refund

If you do not wish to swap subjects, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction amount. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Proof of double payment (transaction IDs for both payments) will be required to process this request.

3. How to Request Support

If you fall under the "Duplicate Purchase" exception or have technical issues accessing your file (e.g., file not downloading after payment), please contact our support team immediately.

Please include the following details in your request:

  • Your registered Email ID / Phone Number.
  • Transaction ID(s).
  • Date of Purchase.
  • A brief description of the issue.
